For the restoration of democracy,freedom of judiciary & media democratic legal struggle is the first choice.Which can be practiced only via collectively by cot or via united seat adjustment of opposition.
But if truth be told main politicians emphases personal interests rather National interests,resulting they failed to launch united peaceful democratic program in favor of free media & judiciary.
As majority Pakees being victim of injustice system are with many problems. So any type of disturbance will add their worries. Tycoon political leadership can afford any type of street war.But common public cant bear prolong disturbance. As we have observed in occupied soils like Kashmir,where about all family is affected via disturbance for last 17 years.
This human pain is realized by Pakistan. So Mushraf take bold worth praise steps regarding Kashmir issue,which expose Indian devil policy throughout World.As India was claiming Pakistan the hurdle for peace.Though yet fruits for such initiatives are invisible but cease fire & restoration of bus service with other activities has given some relief to oppressed Kashmires especially the locals near LOC.
Now the ball of peace is in the court of India,if India avail this chance it will be fist in favor of India.Which has no moral or legal right on Kashmir.
Majority public have no trust on practiced politicians,resulting so far there is not any mass movement .Major opposition leaders are exposed as they have failed to support the struggle of freedom of media & judiciary.Which indicates that they have themselves concerns about free judiciary & media.As they know that this freedom will be part of problem for them when they will get chance to role.Because their mission is FIRST THEIR SELF INTERESTS then Pakistan.
Main opposition do oppose Pervaz Mushraf only on the base of personal clash.They are never worried about democracy or Pakistan.
How can any political leader claim democrat,if hesitates to support movement for freedom of judiciary & media.
So full credit to Pervaz Mushraf,who has not Hippocratic approach & is openly expressing concerns regarding free media & judiciary.
Pervaz Mushraf is aware about this fact that main political leaders are in favor of such media & judiciary,which will give them chance to enjoy like kings without check & balance.
Many Politicians support Mushraf for their benefits.These politicians misguide Mushraf about media & judiciary.Otherwise Pervaz Mushraf personally believe in free media & judiciary.
Those who claim that for confirmation as constitutional president , Mushraf reshuffle judiciary are wrong.It was the same judiciary which in first stage provide Mushraf chance to contest presidential election.
Like Imran Khan there are some innocent politicians,who have sincere desires.But such politicians are yet in first phase & only 90% literate Nation can understand & accept such politicians. So such leaders should treat themselves in waiting list for future of Pakistan.and should never trust self desired politicians.
Only united opposition with one agenda for real democracy,freedom for judiciary & miedia can be with solution in present situation in both cases either via by cot or contesting election
As hung parliament can prove hurdle for strengthening the institutions
